Amanda Wilson  

Amanda is currently the Acting Director People, Culture & Improvement at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.  Amanda has worked in human resources across a variety of industries and positions for 20 years. Amanda recently became accredited in Agile for Human Resources, holds a Graduate Diploma in HR and Industrial Relations and is serving on the Advisory Board for the School for the Visitor Economy at Victoria University.

 

Cherilynne Kemp

Cherilynne Kemp is the Head of People & Performance at Fed Square.  Cherilynne has worked in HR within the media and entertainment industry since the mid 90’s commencing in radio at the BBC, London for 10 years and upon her return to Melbourne, working with film, animation, sound design and television companies supporting a wide range of talented media professionals and executive teams.

Whilst working at Seven West Media, BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6Music Cherilynne has had extensive exposure to live news and sporting broadcasting events; winter and summer Olympics, large scale entertainment & drama series and news production.  Cherilynne has worked closely with media companies undergoing organisational refocus in a changing media landscape.
